As part of Hyphen Hub’s Salon series, we presented Mattia Casalegno’s virtual reality (VR) food tasting and panel discussion at Soho House on August 1, 2019. Panelists were Mattia Casalegno; Mitchel Davis, CSO of the James Beard Foundation; Ali Bono, Senior Manager of Special Events at the Whitney Museum of American Art; and Chintan Pandya, partner, and chef at Rahi Hospitality Group NY. 

After the Soho House Salon, Aerobanquets continued for a three-month run at the James Beard Culinary Foundation in New York City. Prior to this, the project was presented at Chronus Art Center in Shanghai, China in 2018 where it premiered followed by being showcased in Gwangju, Korea at the International Symposium for Electronic Arts (ISEA) in June 2019.
